CRM 1113 - Fundamentals of Maintenance Services

Career and Technical Education 

Class Hours: 2 hours lecture and 2 hours lab.
Semester Credit Hours: 3

Emphasis on basic concepts and practices in the maintenance programs for commercial and residential facilities including scheduling, work order systems, workforce management, inventory control, and safety and right-to-know programs.
